Sparkling Water(melon)
If you’re looking for me, you can usually find me sipping on a yummy drink. Coffee, matcha, kombucha, sparkling water, iced tea… I could go on but I think you get the point! When summer rolls around I am on the hunt for something refreshing and hydrating which is why I love this watermelon soda. There are no added sugars yet it is perfectly sweet. Watermelon also contain lycopene, which helps defend our skin from sun damage. I highly recommend making this in a deli container and popping it in the ice chest for your next summer outing!
Total Time: 5 minutes

1 cup fresh watermelon
1 cup unflavored sparkling water
Sprig of mint
Instructions
Using an immersion blender (or a traditional blender) blend the watermelon until completely smooth.

Stir together and enjoy!
